This old factory roof was leaking in the machine shop and was freezing cold in the winter. National Roofing Contractors Ltd were contracted to replace the entire roof. The project involved 3 phases to replace the factory roof covering approx 200 sq/m each phase, a total of 600 sq/m. Our work was to joist and insulate the roof and then board with structural osb3 boards. All roofs were then covered in grp fibreglassed and topcoated in a styrene dark grey finish.
